The following routes are available for this service:
GET,OPTIONS/v1/PDFDocument/{DocumentId}
GET,OPTIONS/v1/PDFDocument/ByCard/{CardId}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .csv suffix or ?format=csv
